O WYDARZENIU

DtB Sustainability Summit is a platform for change agents to exchange experiences, knowledge, and connections.

The tenth edition of our conference is a special milestone for us. Instead of celebrating loudly, we want to take a moment to reflect on the path we have taken and the direction we want to go. Ten years of learning, exploration, and dialogue is the right time to ask: What is change? How do we understand it? What helps us stay committed to the process of change?

This year’s edition is themed “Sustain the Ability” and invites participants to think about how to maintain the capacity to stay in change, remain active, and engage in creative processes. Sustainability is a long-term journey of innovation and transformation that happens both at the organizational level and within individuals. That is why we are inviting discussions not only about sustainable practices but also about how change happens in different contexts. What skills do individuals, teams, and organizations need to implement and lead change successfully? How can we deal with uncertainty and resistance? How can we keep enthusiasm alive when the journey is long and challenging? Together, we want to explore these questions, discover new directions, and support each other in practice so that we can remain or become effective agents of change.

A space where we learn how to stay resilient in change and engage in dialogue about it with others.

During the two-day event, participants will meet change agents who will share their practical experience of leading change and the challenges they face in different types of transformation. From the individual level, through organizations, to the impact on the future we create together, we want to provide a space for dialogue and collaboration. Our goal is that every participant leaves with inspiration, ideas, or tools to start change in their own environment or strengthen initiatives that are already underway.

The program includes keynote talks as well as interactive sessions that encourage participants to learn from each other. Workshops, panel discussions, and networking formats such as “dinner with a stranger” are designed to engage participants and deepen conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. Informal discussions are as valuable to us as the main stage program. We focus on the exchange of knowledge and experiences and encourage participants to ask questions and share their insights.

Join us and share your experience. Together, we create a community that supports each other and maintains the ability to make meaningful change.
