For change to be effective, it requires balance – between continuity and novelty, between respect for what already exists and the courage to shape a sustainable future. In this session, we will explore how these two perspectives complement each other, creating a sustainable approach to transformation.
Are change leaders born with charisma, or do they learn it step by step? Using real-life case studies, I will explore whether becoming a change maker is a matter of innate talent or acquired skills, experience, and practice.
In today’s world of constant transformation, the role of a change maker – someone who can initiate, guide, and inspire change – is more important than ever. But do you have to be born one? Or can you become one by developing the right skills, experiences, and attitudes?
In this talk, I will reflect on this dilemma, looking for balance between nature and nurture, talent and practice. Together, we’ll explore what makes certain people inspire others to take action, and which elements can be consciously shaped to effectively influence our environment – whether we start as “born leaders” or as those who gradually learn how to change the world for the better.
