PRACTICAL BLOCK – PARALLEL WORKSHOPS

* Online registration is required. Limited spots are available.

In this part of the event, participants dive deeper and learn by experience how to use the tools and competencies that allow for creating sustainable change in business.

Most changes in organizations fail before they deliver results. SWIM breaks this pattern – helping implement changes that work, bring outcomes, and last.

This hands-on workshop is based on the SWIM method – four steps that help create real, lasting change in organizations. Most change initiatives fail before results appear. Why? Because of a lack of conversation with people, focusing on symptoms rather than root causes, moving too fast, and not sustaining results. SWIM reverses this approach – starting with listening and engaging the team.

Participants will learn a simple tool they can apply immediately:

  • See & Sense – notice and feel what is really happening.
  • Weave & Wireframe – connect threads and design simple solutions.
  • Integrate & Iterate – implement in small steps, test, and refine.
  • Measure & Maintain – track results, sustain, and grow them.

The workshop is practical, based on real company examples and participants’ experiences.
