In this part of the event, participants dive deeper and learn by experience how to use the tools and competencies that allow for creating sustainable change in business.

How can we work with complex challenges in a way that motivates others to take action?

In this workshop, we will explore why it is so difficult to effectively communicate complex social issues and how, as change agents, we can do it better. To begin, we will step into the shoes of our audiences to understand their challenges and needs. From there, we will examine different communication strategies, and finally, each participant will create their own action plan to transform resistance into agency and inspiration for change.
