In this part of the event, participants dive deeper and learn by experience how to use the tools and competencies that allow for creating sustainable change in business.

Change in an organization is not only about new processes and strategies – it is first and foremost about people, their emotions, and their engagement. During the workshop participants will discover tools and perspectives that make transformation more effective and sustainable.

Change in organizations is not just about processes and strategies – it’s first and foremost about people, their emotions, and engagement.

In this interactive workshop “Sustain the Ability: Leading Change That Lasts”, participants will explore tools and perspectives that enable more effective and sustainable transformation.
Working in small groups, participants will experience exercises in active listening, empathy, and mindful communication, helping them better understand the needs of their teams and stakeholders. Together, we will analyze common sources of resistance to change and discover how to turn difficult emotions into constructive energy.

By the end of the workshop, participants will feel more confident in leading their teams through change, understand how to leverage their strengths, and learn how to care for their own wellbeing and that of their teams – ensuring that changes become a lasting, growth-oriented part of organizational culture.
