Participants explore how radical enthusiasm becomes a natural leadership force. In a fast-changing business and social environment, we need leaders who can build teams capable of effectively adapting to new challenges.
True leadership comes from deep engagement and consciously inspiring others. This workshop focuses on three fundamental dimensions:

• Clarity – defining individual and group goals.
