We invite you to a short, restorative pause that will help you slow down, take a deeper breath, and return to the conference program with greater clarity and ease. In a gentle and safe format, we will combine elements of soft yoga, mindful breathing, and light meditation – allowing the body to relax and the mind to reset after an intensive part of the day.

It’s 15 minutes of calm, grounding, and coming back to yourself. No experience or preparation is needed – everything can be done right where you are, even while sitting on a chair.

The session will be guided by Justyna Turek, a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher.
